Who we are

TAOps Consulting is led by practitioners with 20+ years in tech as Global TA Program Managers. We have built and rebuilt recruiting functions across fast-growth startups, scale-ups, and enterprise organisations — driving measurable improvements in recruiting productivity, candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction.

Our background is in workflow design, vendor management, ATS strategy, and project execution. We have done the work ourselves, which means we know where the theory falls apart and what actually gets implemented by real teams under real pressure.

From tools to impact

The Interview Kit Generator is part of a suite of practical tools designed to turn consulting best practice into something every hiring team can use every day — without needing a consultant in the room. It sits alongside the ATS Health Checker and Job Posting Improver as part of the TAOps product suite.

Each tool is built around a real operational problem: job postings that exclude the right candidates, ATS configurations that create friction instead of removing it, and interview processes that rely on individual style instead of structured design. The tools do not replace judgement — they make it easier to apply it consistently.
