Frequently asked questions

What counts as one kit?
One kit = one complete interview pack for one role. This includes the master pack, all interviewer-specific guides, and the signal coverage map. A kit can be used for every candidate interviewed for that role — there is no per-candidate charge.
What happens when I reach my monthly limit?
Kit generation is paused until your allowance resets at the start of your next billing period. You can upgrade at any time to get more kits immediately.
Do unused kits roll over?
No. Allowances reset monthly. If you consistently need fewer kits than your plan allows, you can downgrade at any time.
Can multiple people use one account?
Solo plans are single-user. Team plans support up to 15 users sharing the same kit allowance. Enterprise supports up to 50 users.
Is there a free trial?
Solo plans include a 7-day free trial with a card on file. Team and Enterprise plans do not include a trial — contact us if you would like to discuss a pilot.
Can I change plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing date.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing is available for all tiers and saves the equivalent of approximately 2 months compared to monthly billing.
