How can we help?

Answers to common questions about using the Interview Kit Generator, managing your subscription, and getting the most from your kits.

Getting started

How do I generate my first interview kit?

Sign in, then complete the four-step wizard: Role Context (job title, function, level, country), Interview Structure (number of rounds and round types), Job Description (paste the full JD), and Review & Generate. Your kit is ready in under a minute.

What information do I need to have ready?

You need the role title, job family, career level, hiring country, the number of interview rounds, and the job description. Everything else is optional — the tool works with thin inputs but produces higher-confidence kits with richer JDs.

How long does kit generation take?

Typically under 60 seconds. A live progress indicator shows each stage of generation as it runs.

Can I generate a kit without a job description?

Yes — generation is never blocked. Without a JD the tool produces a reduced-depth kit with a Low confidence flag. You can still use and export it, but richer job descriptions produce significantly better signal coverage.

What does the confidence indicator mean?

High confidence means the tool extracted a strong signal set from your JD. Medium means some signals were inferred from role context. Low means the JD was too thin to extract clear signals — the kit is still usable but you may want to review and supplement the questions before using it.

Can I edit the generated questions?

The kit output is a structured read-only document. Export it as a PDF or Word document, or use the shareable link — you can edit the content in your document editor after export.

How do per-round shareable links work?

After a kit is saved, you can copy a shareable link for each individual interview round. The link shows only that round's questions and guidance — the interviewer cannot see other rounds or the master pack.

How do I share the full kit with a hiring manager?

Use "Copy master pack link" in the Export bar to share the complete kit, or click PDF Export to download a formatted document you can attach to an email or upload to your ATS.

What counts as one kit?

One kit equals one complete interview pack for one role — all rounds, all interviewer guides, and the signal coverage map. You can use the same kit for every candidate interviewing for that role. There is no per-candidate charge.

What happens when I reach my monthly kit limit?

Kit generation is paused until your allowance resets at the start of your next billing period. You can still view, share, and export previously generated kits. Upgrade at any time to get more kits immediately.

Do unused kits roll over?

No — monthly allowances reset each billing period regardless of usage.

Is there a free trial?

Solo plans include a 7-day free trial with a card on file. Team and Enterprise plans do not include a trial by default — email us to discuss a pilot.
